Cancer survivor and company owner Georgia Thomas launched Glitterflops in 2008 after a long battle with cancer, followed by multiple back and foot surgeries. In due time, she discovered there were many disappointing shoes on the market attempting to address her issues. For this reason, she decided it was time to take matters into her own hands.
